Findlater Construction is a civil construction company based in the Marlborough region. We offer a range of civil construction services including production and delivery of aggregates, buildings and Fair Dinkum Sheds, residential and commercial concrete, subdivisions and civil infrastructure, drainage and wastewater. Our Services
Aggregates
Using our mobile crushing and screening plants we manufacture a range of aggregates to exact specifications to suit road, civil and housing construction. We deliver these aggregates directly to your site from our processing sites using our fleet of trucks and trailers.
Buildings
Over the last few decades, Findlater Construction have built a variety of mainly commercial buildings. From single-car garages, through to workshops, winery and warehouse buildings. We are the Fair Dinkum building agent for Marlborough.
Concrete
We complete all forms of concrete construction work. From simple residential paths & drives through to complex concrete structures. Our staff undertake all phases of these jobs utilising our own plant and equipment, which includes two concrete pumping trucks.
Civil and Infrastructure
We have experience in all facets of the civil construction industry specialising in demolition, subdivisions, and civil infrastructures such as sewer and stormwater drainage, water mains, power and telecommunications for councils or private clients.
Drainage

Our most important resource is our skilled loyal workforce of construction industry tradespeople. Led by a management team, comprising of mostly experienced Civil Engineers, they work closely with our clients to achieve their goals.

Findlater Construction have grown over the last 20 years to provide the construction services Marlborough’s diverse rural economy requires. These primary industries are viticulture, forestry, farming, fishing, aquaculture and tourism.
