Working closely with clients, the normal process for us is:
- Scope out the client’s requirements
- Design the building
- Provide budget estimates
- Finalise the design
- Provide a fixed price quote
- Obtain consents
- Finally construct the building/project.
Fair Dinkum Buildings
Fair Dinkum Buildings are leaders in the supply of light portal framed buildings, throughout Australasia. These are quality buildings, available as kitsets or fully erected by Findlater Construction’s experienced building teams.
Fair Dinkum Buildings are strong, durable, cost-effective, pre-engineered buildings which utilise the most up to date technologies. Without standard sizes, Fair Dinkum buildings are designed specifically to suit each client’s requirements. Large clear spans are available and they are only limited by people’s imagination.
Aircraft Hangars
The Fair Dinkum Building system is popular amongst the aviation community for the construction of aircraft hangars. We have built hangars of up to 30 metres clear span.
At the Koromiko Airpark in Marlborough, we designed and built most of the aircraft hangars, with our civil teams installing all underground services when the Airpark was developed. We also designed and installed the decentralised wastewater system for the complete development.
Insulated Panel Buildings
Our building teams have specialist experience in the erection of insulated panel buildings. Either erecting a Fair Dinkum Buildings or structural steel portal frame, then cladding it with insulated panels.
Working together with insulated panel manufacturers, we design and construct these buildings, or additions to existing building, to meet your requirements.
