Subdivisions
Findlater Construction have constructed many quality sub-divisions. Working with developers and engineers initially, then commencing these projects with bulk earthworks, followed by service installation, roading and landscaping.

Excavation and Siteworks
We specialise in excavation and siteworks. From bulk earthworks to site excavation and preps for buildings, both residential and commercial. These services go hand in hand with drainage, as it is generally necessary to complete some drainage work during the siteworks process.
Our project engineers set out sites accurately using our GPS equipment, then we excavate to level, dump spoil off-site, backfill with aggregates and install drainage as required. Having one contractor complete excavation, site prep, drainage and aggregate supply simplifies the whole construction process and saves on costs.
Demolition
Our experienced staff use specialised equipment to complete demolition and deconstruction projects quickly and efficiently.
With site-specific Health & Safety plans, taking note of hazardous materials, we take care to complete these jobs with no adverse effects to the public, our staff or the environment.
